Coach of The Year
Winning this award is Coach Jenn Strojny (Glen Allen). She not only led her Jaguars to the boys state team title but also led the ladies to a third place finish, just two points away from second. She tallied up more invitational wins this season than probably the next two coaches combined.
Though technically this award is given to whoever does the best coaching job just this XC season, her hard work developing these runners over the years cannot not go overlooked. She built the program up and has maintained it at a very high level seeing them get to many podiums over the years. This year was special though because she took a good team and made them great.
