Not only did Glen Allen finally break thru their grueling streak of runner-up finishes, they did so in emphatic fashion by not even making it close. They dominated Class 5 and frankly, every meet they ran at. Though you can make an argument for whose team is the strongest on different courses, they never once faltered and during a long season that says something about their strength, will, and determination.
