Fresh off their stellar Nike Cross National top 10 finishes last weekend in Portland, the Stevens twins of Blacksburg stepped up on the track to show off their peak cross country fitness by recording the nation's fastest 3200 meter times which might hold up as the fastest two in the country for quite a while this 2009-2010 indoor season. At the Liberty Elite Meet in Lynchburg, Kathleen Stevens and Joanna Stevens both recorded times of 10:26.
