Here are our predictions for the 2022 XC State Meet. These were based on virtual meets and current rankings combined with how we feel athletes and teams are trending heading into the state meet weekend.

We have bolded the team champions that we feel are locks and italicized the teams who we think are in a toss-up for the title. Class 6 Boys was by-far the closest with Oakton, Patriot, and W.T. Woodson all making a solid case for our nod, here we went with Oakton since they are defending champions.
