It was an epic finish to the season for the Mills Godwin senior, Berkley Nance. He ultimately finished 4th overall in the Foot Locker National Championship to run VA's best finish since Drew Hunter.
What was arguably the biggest take away from the race though was Nance's tenacious move down the final hill to pull even with the leader with just meters to go before the finish. Ultimately though, Butler pulled away for the win and Nance faded slightly in the final steps to 4th.
Nance finished with a 15:17 time.
