Copeland is followed by rival sophomore Molly Hawkins of Colonial Forge	On the final 300m stretch to the finish, its Stephanie Slekis in the lead with Kay Comer closing fast	Slekis takes the win with time of 19:02 on a soft, windy course
Closing the gap to 4 seconds, Comer takes runner-up honors with a time of 19:06	Holding on for 3rd is Brittany Killough	Kelly Reinwald grabs 4th place
Erin Kaskey follows in 5th place	Then it's Molly Hawkins in 6th	Rachel Rose, in 7th, is the first senior to cross the finish line
8th and 9th is a dual between Osbourn Park senior Emily Arena and Brooke Point sophomore Brittany Copeland who charges hard and almost catches Arena	10th and 11th positions go to E. C. Glass teammates Sallie Ford and Meredith Storton	In 12th place is Potomac junior Allison Hess
Brooke Point freshman Brittany Wilhelm crosses the line in 13th place	Rounding out All Northwest Region are Brooke Point juniors Robin Vanneman and Claudia Vincenti	The All Region atheletes line up with their medals

Massaponax senior Brandon Dick is close behind as he closes in a time of 16:29	Another dual to the finish is shaping up between Bryce Iverson and Colonial Forge junior Dan Leyh	Leyh holds on for the edge for 5th place as they both cross the line in a time of 16:37
Next up in 7th is Massaponax senior Michael Disilvestro	Then its Patrick Henry's Adam Robinson crossing in 8th	Kelly Watt heads home in 9th place
North Stafford junior Alec Meyer checks in at 10th	Nathan Richards from E.C. Glass is number 11	North Stafford sophomore Lucas Hatcher is 12th
Battlefield junior Jason Driscoll holds off Osbourn sophomore Glen Weaver for 13th.	Rounding out the All Northwest Region team is Colonial Forge junior Arno Dieckmann	The 2004 All Region team
