Copeland is followed by rival sophomore Molly Hawkins of Colonial Forge On the final 300m stretch to the finish, its Stephanie Slekis in the lead with Kay Comer closing fast Slekis takes the win with time of 19:02 on a soft, windy course
Closing the gap to 4 seconds, Comer takes runner-up honors with a time of 19:06 Holding on for 3rd is Brittany Killough Kelly Reinwald grabs 4th place
Erin Kaskey follows in 5th place Then it's Molly Hawkins in 6th Rachel Rose, in 7th, is the first senior to cross the finish line
8th and 9th is a dual between Osbourn Park senior Emily Arena and Brooke Point sophomore Brittany Copeland who charges hard and almost catches Arena 10th and 11th positions go to E. C. Glass teammates Sallie Ford and Meredith Storton In 12th place is Potomac junior Allison Hess
