VIRGINIA'S TOP MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS JUMPERS
(LONG - TRIPLE - HIGH)
The outdoor season has begun and that means it is time for a quick look into the Middle School Rankings and seeing who are our current leaders. Their season will culminate with the VA Middle School State Meet on May 23rd.
LONG JUMP
With a top ten all over 15 feet and the best being at 15'10.75" you can see how close this event is. Ava Poindexter leads the way as an 8th graders with Jordyn Hunt as the top seventh grader in these rankings.

TRIPLE JUMP
The top five are the only five over 30 feet so far this season with an additional nine athletes over 28 feet as well. This event is quite technical so you tend to see improvements by leaps and bounds in this event based on hops and skips. Ava leads this event as well as the long jump above.
