Boo Williams Sportsplex has been the home of national and state leading performances each weekend in the sprints, jumps, and hurdles but it was the distance performances which stood out on Saturday at the Suffolk Stars Invitational with Princess Anne's Lizzie Cornell winning the 1600 in a state best time of 5:04, while Grassfield senior Jeremy Greenwald became the first runner in the state to break 2:30 in the 1000 this indoor season with his US #1 2:29.76 win in Hampton.
