At a school that has become known in recent years for the strength of its relay teams, Ben Constable has emerged as both a critical part of St. Christopher’s’ current four-man relay squads, and a formidable force in his own right in the individual mid-distance events.  The William and Mary bound senior is coming off an impressive triple this weekend at the VISAA Championships, where he posted a 2:00 split on the winning 4x800 team, a 2:34.17 PR in the 1000 good for second place, and finished off with a 51.1 effort, helping his team to second in the 4X400.  St. Christopher’s finished second in the meet to Liberty Christian Academy.
