Mohamed Labor-Koroma or simply known as "Mo" to his teammates and coaches at Chantilly High School in Fairfax County is the engine which fuels the Charger track team. After helping the Chantilly boys to their first Concorde District indoor track title since 1996 through his individual efforts of scoring in 6 events, Labor-Koroma now narrows his focus into this Saturday's Northern Region Championships and even more so at next weekend's VHSL Group AAA State Indoor Championships as one of the expected top seeds in the 500 meter dash.

When Mo came out for track as freshmen, his coach Matt Gilchrist knew that Labor-Koroma was a rare find. "He was an enthusiastic kid with a bit of talent. Mo has always embraced being a team member, though, and he certain like being able to contribute from the get go."
