Ah! Christmas break. I'm in Richmond now, spending some time down here visiting long time friends, some people I haven't seen in ages, I'm glad I'm a getting a chance to visit and see them all. On the running end, nothing to crazy is going on, I hurt my Achilles about three weeks ago, but I'm back to normal which is good, I'm doing a bit mileage over the break, getting ready for the long winter season ahead. On the fun side of things, I've been hanging out here in RIC with my fellow VA runners spending some time down at 6 Rowland with Brandon and the gang; lots of fun times!! I'm off, back to the holiday festivities. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
