The finals of the 55 hurdles and the 55 sprint will be run following the 4 x 800 relay on Friday night, January 6,2006.
The first running event on Saturday will be the 4 x 200 relays at 9 am. There will be no 30 minute break on Saturday, January 7, 2006.
There will be coaches meeting at 3:15 PM on Friday, January 6, 2006 and again at 8 am on January 7,2006. These meetings will take place at the start line area of the 55.
