What was your most memorable race?
My most memorable race was the Region IV Outdoors Track Championship my junior year. I was seeded 6th with five Blacksburg runners seeded ahead of me. I was trying to finish in the top six to qualify for state and ended up passing three runners on the last lap to win the race with a time of 4:24.17, a 9 second improvement on my personal best and a Region IV individual championship.

What would you consider your biggest competition?
My biggest competition was improving quickly because I only started running full-time my junior year.
