Andrew Gaiser (Forest Park)
Forest Park senior Andrew Gaiser was one of the state's most consistent performers in cross country this fall. He finished no worse than fifth place in any race through the state meet when he placed fifth in the Group AAA state race with his 5K personal best of 15:40. Gaiser finished third at the Chancellor Invite, second at the William & Mary Invite, second at Great American, and second at the Albemarle Invitational before enjoying his first win of the season at the Cardinal District Championships.
