John Champe's Bethany Graham ran 17:09 earlier this season at WakeMed Soccer Park (Cary, NC) in a third place finish at Great American Race of Champions. Coming off a 17:42 victory in the 6A state race at Great Meadow, is Graham trending towards a faster time if she decides to return to Cary and race at NXN Southeast? And what could she run at McAlpine Park in Charlotte if she decides to race at Foot Locker South for a nationals berth?
Using the On Course Rating Systems calculator, we are able to project post-season times at the Foot Locker South and NXN Southeast regionals next weekend from the top 50 runners who competed at the VHSL Class 4-6 State Championships at Great Meadow last weekend.

Want to know how the system works? Go here.
You can also go use the calculator to generate predicted times yourself here.
The calculator will tell you what a cross country performance would have been on any other course or on a track if run with equal energy in similar conditions. So below time projections for the McAlpine Park course for Foot Locker South and WakeMed Soccer Park course for NXN Southeast Regional are based on if the conditions are the same as the state meet at Great Meadow with the runner competing at the same effort/energy level.
Note: The Green Hill Park course used in Salem, Virginia for the VHSL Class 1-3 State Championships has yet to be rated by the On Course Rating Systems, but hoping to have the course rated this year to use data from the course for future years.
