Note that these instructions are on the US Portal and you will have to return to your state site to actually find your team and enter the meet.
No entries or payment will be accepted on the day of the meet. Doors will open 1 hour before the first scheduled event for the day. Team awards will be presented after the 4x400. Individual awards must be picked up on meet day.
Hampton Roads Elite High School Invitational
January 20th & 21st, 2012
Boo Williams Sportsplex - Hampton, VA
Awards: Top 3 Finishers & Winning Relays will receive awards.
**Top two girls and top two boys teams will receive a trophy.**
Sanctioning: Meet will be sanctioned by the Virginia High School League.
Facilities: The Boo Williams Sportsplex Track is a 6-lane 200m IAAF certified
synthetic surface with two long jumps pits (portable), one pole vault pit, one
high jump pit and a wooden throwing circle.
Spikes: pyramid spikes only no needle or Christmas tree spikes allowed.
Shoes will be checked by the clerks. pyramid spikes will be available for sale.
Training Room: A Certified Athletics Trainer will be on staff for the meet.
Spectator Tickets & Concessions: Tickets for spectators will be on sale at the door.
$12 adults-two day pass ($8 per day). $6 children under 12-two day pass ($4 per day).
Concessions will be open during the meet.
Entries: Maximum: 2 entries per event. 1 Relay per school.
Entries will open in November.
Changes may be made up until the entry closing deadline at 11:59 pm on
Monday January 16, 2012.
Entry Fees: $12/ athlete - $30/ relay - $150 for 13 or more athletes per team
(boys & girls separate).
