LEE-DAVIS SUB-VARSITY TRACK & FIELD INVITATIONAL

FACILITY: An 8 lane all-weather track. Spikes of (no longer) are recommended. Throwing surfaces are concrete.
DEADLINES: The entries must be entered online no later than Tuesday, May 1, 2012 by 11:59pm. Scratches and changes can be made by e-mail and I will verify that I have received them. NO RACE DAY SUBSTITUTIONS OR ADDITIONS. They must be sent by email!!!!
ENTRY FEE: $60.00 for one team and $110.00 for both teams. $10.00 for individual entries.

AWARDS: The top six individuals and the top relay team will receive awards.
CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand open during the meet.

ENTRY LIMITATIONS: 2012 entry limitations per event:
Distance Events (3200, 1600, 800) 6 entries max
Sprints/Hurdles (110/100HH, 100, 200, 300H, 400) 4 entries max
Field Events (Shot put, Disc, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault) 3 max
Relays (4x800, 4x100, 4x400) 2 Relay entries max
ENTRY PROCEDURE: All Teams will enter through Milestat at www.milestat.com. You must enter your team on Milestat in order to be entered in the meet. (No Exceptions) Coaches please be considerate and use accurate seeding marks to improve overall meet quality.

OTHER INFORMATION: There will be FAT timing for all races. All races are finals. There will not be any prelims. The last heat will be the fastest. You may enter three athletes in all open running events and three athletes in all field events. Times will be posted on the Band concession behind the baseball stadium.
WARM UP AREA: Please instruct your athletes to use the lower fields for a warm up area. The track is for races only.
INFIELD: No athletes will be allowed on the infield unless their event is being run. The area of the finish line is off limits. Times and results will be posted. Coaches are asked to stay away from the timing booth. Direct any disputes to Coach Mathews.
BULL PEN: Location will be at the starting area for each race.
THIS MEET IS FOR THOSE ATHLETES 9-12 THAT WOULD NOT NORMALY BE INCLUDED IN YOU VARSTIY LINE-UP.
