Entries: All entries must be completed using the Milestat.com entry system ONLY. No phone or email entries
will be accepted.
40 individual entries per team per gender. We will have POLE VAULT. One (1) relay per team. All entries are contingent upon receipt of entry fee. Make sure that all athletes that may be used in the meet are in your team roster on Milestat.com.
Entries are closed at 11:00pm on Sunday, April 21, 2013 and must be completed using the Milestat Entry System. Scratches and substitutions must be done by Thursday, April 25th. Late entries will not be accepted!
Meet is open for Virginia, DC and Maryland public schools.
Entry Fee: $150 per team or $200 if entering both boys and girls teams.

Track: Eight-lane, all weather Track surface.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 6 places in each individual event and top 3 for relay events. A team trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girls teams .
Lunch: Lunch will be provided to coaches.
Admission: $5 per person. In addition, t-shirts and concessions will be on sale.
Starting Heights:
High Jump: Boys - 5'6" being raised 2' to 6'4" and 1" thereafter;
Girls - 4'6" being raised 2" to 5'4" and 1" thereafter
Pole Vault: Boys - 8'0" being raised 2' thereafter;
Girls - 6'0" being raised 2" thereafter
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (FOR ALL EVENTS)
