Meet Information

Awards: Top 3 Finishers will receive awards.

Sanctioning: Meets will be sanctioned by the Virginia High School League.

Spikes: : pyramid spikes only no needle or Christmas tree spikes allowed.

A certified athletics trainer will be on staff for the meet.

Tickets for spectators will be on sale ($5 Adults, $3 children under 12).

Meet programs will be on sale for $2.

Entry: will be limited to 3 entries per events. LJ, TJ, and SP will contest of 3 attempts plus finals;
All entries must be done online at MileSplit.us. No exception! Entries will open in March 1. You may make changes up until the closing deadline 11:59pm on May 1, 2013.

Entry Fees: $125 per team (boys and girls separate). $20 per relay .Please make checks to Lakeland High Schools.
