Meet will be FAT timed.
Location / Directions: Take exit 140 off of I-95. Go West off the exit onto Courthouse Rd. Take Courthouse for 2 miles and the school will be on your Left. Take the 2nd exit into the school into the Bus Loop and the track is located in the back. Look for stadium lights. Address: 550 Courthouse Road Stafford, VA 22554.
Entry Information
All entries will be done through Milestat.com
The deadline for entries will be Wednesday January 15th at 11:59 PM
The entry fee is $150 per team, both genders included.
Your entry fee entitles you to unlimited entries in both the running and field events.
Please make all checks payable to: Colonial Forge Track & Field
Awards: Medals will be given to the top 3 in each event. There will be no team awards.
Scoring: The first eight places in each event will score. The standard point distribution of 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1 will count towards the overall team score.
Seeding/Field Event Format: All running events will be run as TIMED FINALS slow to fast. Field Events will be FINALS ONLY with 4 attempts per Individual. All field events outside of the vertical jumps will be done in an open pit format for one hour or until all athletes have competed (whichever is shorter). Opening heights and progressions in the vertical jumps will be posted after all entries are received.
Coachs Hospitality: Coaches will be provided with drinks and snacks throughout the meet.
2014 Preliminary Time Schedule
We will update this time schedule on the Milestat meet page as the meet draws closer. We will release a final time schedule once entries close. We will do our best to stick to the final time schedule as long as there is no impending weather. The time schedule is set up to hopefully run during the warmest part of the day.
