DUAL MEET INSTRUCTIONS, JAMES MONROE HIGH SCHOOL
James Monroe HS will be hosting a Dual Track and Field Meet between James Monroe HS and Courtland HS.
General instruction for the May 14th regular season meet are listed below:
Coaches Meeting will be at 4:00 pm. Meet starts promptly at 4:30 pm.
Entry restrictions include: 12 athletes per gender per Individual event and "A", "B", and "C" Relay Teams.
Scoring: 5, 3, 1 for the top three (3) finishers in non-relay events. For relays your scoring relay team must be designated with the winning designated relay team receive 5 points.
Registration/Submission: Closes Sunday, May 11, 2014 @ 11:59 pm. Registration has been extended until May 12, 2014. Happy Mother's Day!!!
Facility: Eight lane rubberized track , one high jump pit, two long/triple jump runways, one shot put vectors and one discus vectors. All finishing times will be handheld and must be converted to FAT. JMHS does not have the facilities to support the pole vault.
