Looking at the long range weather forecast we are shooting for Wednesday April 30th but will move to Thursday May 1st if necessary. Coaches we will begin field events at 4:30 and running events no later than 5:45. I would appreciate help with the throwing events as Coach Weiss is not able to run them off due to his health. You may enter up to 5 athletes in the throwing events but please only three athletes in the jumps and the running events. Only one relay per event per school. Scratches can be done the day of the meet but please no additions as we will try to seed the races accordingly. My 8th graders will be participating so if you have any JV athletes please designate when you enter. We will be hand timing so I am not sure how results will be posted on milestat since they will have to be converted. Also, runners may wear spikes 1/8 to 1/4 inch in RUNNING events ONLY.
