Catching up at the =PR= Kick Off Invitational on August 27th with Lake Braddock (VA) junior Kate Murphy, a top 10 preseason ranked runner in the country who won the 1500 at the Pan Am Junior Games this summer. Murphy will open her season almost a month from now traveling with her US top 10 ranked team to Minnesota for the Roy Griak Invitational.
