2:30PM Boys Race
3: 00 PM Girls Race
Entry Rules: Each team may enter 10 athletes ( 7 Runners + 3 Alternates) to choose their 7 participants from. Athletes not on the Entry Roster will not be eligible for the meet.
Entries Forms: All forms must be emailed by Wednesday October 23, 2013 6:00pm.
Rules: Cross Country section of the National Federation Edition of the Track and Field Rule Book (2013- 2014) Scoring (Rule- Section2)
All Conference Team: The top 15 finishers in each of the Varsity Championship races shall earn All Conference Cross Country.
Tickets: Tickets are $6 Children 6 and under admitted free with parent.
