There will be a 6th grade only division, and a 7/8th combined division
There will be tickets for coaches from each team to receive food from the concession stand
WHEN REGISTERING THE ATHLETES, PLEASE ENTER THEIR GRADUATION YEAR!!!
WHO WANTS TO BE TITLED THE FASTEST KID IN THE 540! Grades K-5. Each grade level will be its own division. Must be in current grade. These athletes will run the 100m dash only. Prelims and Finals. Cost is $3.00 per entry. Each grade level winner boys/girls will receive a trophy. 2nd-8th place will receive a ribbon.
*Event schedule subject to change. Teams will receive official schedule upon arrival at the meet.
CHECK IN: There will be a 1st, 2nd, and Final Call for all events (running and field). All participants MUST check in with the clerk of the course or at the field event ready to compete by the Final Call.
ENTRY FEE: $100.00 Per Team ($200.00 boys and girls combined) 5 athletes equal a team
$10.00 Per Individual Athlete (not per event).This is an entry fee, not a participation fee. Payment must be paid on-line at www.milestat.com, or mail to

No payments will be accepted the day of the meet unless prior arrangements have been made. There will be no entries allowed the day of the meet.
ELIGIBILITY: Any athlete(s) currently in grades 6th, 7th, or 8th. Athletes can compete on behalf of their middle school, unattached, or clubs. . Any 6th graders not running for their school can run unattached.
EVENT LIMIT: VHSL event limit rule: In one meet a contestant may compete in any number of field events but will be limited to participation in only three running events, except that a contestant who competes in the 3200 meter run may compete in only one other running event on the same day that the 3200 meter event is run. Maximum(4)entries per event. Two relays per team per event will be allowed.
ENTRY SEED TIMES:[ All entries must be completed on-line at www.milestat.com before the May 2nd 2016 deadline. Performance List will be posted prior to the event.
EVENT TIMING: Blue Ridge Timing. There will be live results at www.blueridgetiming.com
AWARDS: Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places for Individual events and relays. MVP awards for 6th grade and 7/8th Grade Boys and Girls
FACILITIES: Accessible stadium, synthetic rubber track Max spikes, restrooms available, concessions on site. Please bring TRASH BAGS to police your area.
