Entry deadline- September 29, 2007 if attending Bristol Cross you can give it to one of the coaches then. Otherwise use email of Coach Johnson.
Entry Fee : $30 Per school, Pay day of race.
Awards- Middle School – Top 5 boys, Top 5 Girls
Junior Varsity- Top 5 boys, Top 5 Girls
Varsity – Top 8 Boys, Top 8 Girls
Team-Top Middle school (B&G)
Top Junior Varsity (B&G)
Top 2 Varsity (B&G)
Entries- Unlimited runners in J.V and Middle School, Only Top 5 score. Varsity limited to 7 runners per team. Top 5 will score.
Course Information- The course will be on a beautiful grass surface with multiple inclines. Course distance will be 3.0 miles with mile markers painted on surface. Middle school will run 1.5 miles on first loop. Coach's packets can be picked up at scores tent. Spikes are permissible. Meet rules are governed by VHSL and NFHS. NO jewelry is to be worn. All teams are to wear school issued uniform. T-shirts will be on sale.
