Cross Country Coaches, All entries will be taken on www.milestat.com for the 1A Region C championship Meet. Entries are due y Monday Oct 30th at 3:00pm. You may list up to 10 runners on your entries but may only run your Top seven (7) on race day.
DIRECTIONS:Exit 14 from I-77 south at US58 Go west approx. 3/4 mile turn right on State Rd 707 go 1/4 mile and turn right into S.W. Va. Training center facility. Park buses in field beside starting line area facing the road.
