Weather: If heat is an issue, the start time will be bumped back to accommodate the temperatures.
HANDLEY CROSS COUNTRY MEETS:
1) Meets are held at the KERNSTOWN BATTLEFIELD in WINCHESTER, VA.
2) Take I-81 to EXIT 310 (KERNSTOWN).
3) Follow RT 11 NORTH for 1.5 miles to BATTLE PARK RD. (Saturn Dealer on corner).
4) Turn LEFT and follow this road to the gate at the entrance to the park.
