12-1:30pm -Team Packets and Course Open for Review
1:15 pm -Coach's Meeting
2:00 pm - BRC Girls' Varsity Championship
2:45 pm - VIC Boys' Varsity Championship
3:30 pm -BRC Girls' Developmental Race
4:15 pm -- VIC Boys' Developmental Race
*Times are approximate and will be started at the conclusion of the previous race.
**Awards will be given out approximately 5pm. BRC Coach of the Year and VIC Coach of the Year will be voted on at the Race.
Course: 5K course that is mostly grassy field.
Participation: Five members are needed to count as a team for the Championship. Seven members are the most you can enter from each Varsity team. The Developmental Races are open to any number of runners you wish.
Parking: Follow signs and Parking Guides (Please do not park near the Human Kind buildings)
Athletic Trainer: Scott Winston at VES (swinston@ves.org)
Water: Plenty of water near the finish line.
Bathrooms: There will be port-a-potties available

Entries: Entries need to be made on Milestat by Tuesday, October 24th at 11:59 pm. You can use the following link: vicbrcchampionship.milesplit.com

Directions: As you turn onto VES Road, proceed about 0.8 miles and turn left onto Linden Avenue (just before you get to Westminster Canterbury on the left). Continue on Linden Avenue for a half mile. You will see parking signs and guides as to where to park. Please keep in mind that the start and finish lines are not close to parking. We will have our athletic department with golf carts and gators to carry any heavy items you might have, including team tents.
