It is our hope that by running this event we can give those competing a special experience while also getting them ready for the expectations of a post season meet. Broad Run High School Spartans Stadium has just undergone multi-facility renovations that put Broad Run near the top when it comes to local track facilities. These facility renovations include a new turf field, two state of the art long/ triple jump runways and pits and a new resurfaced high jump pit. We are very excited to see what kind of performances our new facilities will produce.first 16 teams committing to the meet will be accepted. Please commit early, with an email to the meet Director Coach.hugg@gmail.com Entries ARE DUE on or before March 13th by 5:59 PM. Via milestat.com 1 relay per team, per relay event. Each team will be allotted a maximum of 64 total athletes (32 per gender). Teams may enter up to 3 individuals into to any one event. As per VHSL rules, athletes are limited to THREE running events (two if running the 3200m) and unlimited field events. " SPIKES ONLY. COACHES WILL HAVE UNTIL MARCH 13TH AT 5:59pm TO SUBMIT SCRATCHES AND CHANGES. NO Scratches,substitutions or additional entries will be allowed the day of the meet. Coaches meeting will be held in the Hospitality room at 8:30. PM Schedule: All field events will begin at 9:00 am followed by all track events at 9:15 am Field Events: There will be three preliminary attempts for all field events; all legal horizontal/vertical jumps and throws will be measured as long as a qualifying minimum distance is met.  First legal throw/ jump will be measured regardless. Top 7 will move on to finals where they will receive three additional attempts for each event. Top 6 score and top 3 will medal. Flight order in these events will go lowest seed to highest seed. All competition implements are subject to weigh-in upon arrival. The weigh in tent will be located at the far end of the track next to the throwing area. Weigh-ins will begin at 8:15 am until 8:45 am Track Events: check in will be at midfield. There will be no preliminary heats only finals. Heat order will be slowest section to fastest section. Top 6 finishers in each event will score, top 3 in each event will medal.Awards: Medals will be given to the top 3 places per event / top 3 relay teams per event during a podium ceremony!
