8 entries per team for each individual event, 3 entries per team for each relay. We are hoping that is enough to allow you to get all of your athletes entered in the meet. if for some reason you need more entries, please let me know.
In order to keep the meet moving quickly, only the first 2 heats of the 55H, 55, and 300 (top 16 athletes) will be allowed to use blocks. Athletes in other heats can use standing start or 3 or 4 pt stance. Please be honest on your seed times.

Field events:
5:30pm - High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put - Open pit for Boys and Girls for 60 minutes or until everyone finishes all 3 attempts. Triple Jump will begin as soon as Long Jump is over.
