Event Order:

Stadium will open at 7:30am

School check in is at the following times:

Windsor High School-9:15

GTMS and Central Office Personnel-9:20

Smithfield High School-9:25

Smithfield Middle School-9:30

Westside Elementary-9:35

Windsor Elementarty-9:40



Schools will enter the stadium and get organized according to their mile times immediately following their check in.

National Anthem to be sung by members of the WHS/GTMS Chorus at 9:58am

The First Group of runners will line up on the track at 9:55am

The First Group of runners will start at 10:01am

The Next Group will line up after the first group leaves the track

Due Dates for Registration:

Any IWCS student can participate in the Windsor 5K for no cost.

Any non IWCS student will pay 10.00 prior to the event. Each school is responsible for receipting their own money and send the check to Windsor High School by April 20th.



Money, Names, Grades and times are due to WHS Chuck Parrish by Noon on April 20th.    The Meet entries will be put into a google form by May 1st-each school will need to check and make sure that each student is in the race and in the correct heat. The final roster corrections will be made by Wednesday May 2nd.



If a IWCS student signs up after April 20th they can run, but they will not have a race bib, timing chip, name announced, and they will be in the last group to run. After April 20th no non IWCS student will be allowed to participate in the Windsor 5K if they are not previously registered.



Each School can make their own t-shirt for the race if they want school t-shirts. Do not use neon green colored t-shirt.



Note: We will have event staff spaced through out the course directing participants through out the race. The event staff will be in bright neon green t-shirts. Please advise your students to only listen to the staff personnel on the course.
