Capital District Meet #4 - Lee-Davis

Field Events 5:00PM
Running Events 5:30PM - 4x800 and 3200 will be combined.
Open to Capital District schools first. Other schools should contact Neil Mathews (smathews@hcps.us) about space availability! There will be a concession stand open and there is a $5.00 admission charge per Capital District policy.
There will be a co-ed throwers 4x100 relay prior to the 4x400 relay at the end of the competition.
Coaches, we will need assistance with running of the shot put, high jump, and the long jump. Please contact Neil Mathews (smathews@hcps.us) if you are willing to help.
