Limit 10 athletes per event. Limit 3 per relay event - High School Entry Fees - $20 per athlete, $175 for 15 or more athletes per team (combined boys and girls $350) Boys and Girls teams are considered separate.

We are pleased to invite your school to the 10th Annual Boo Williams Winter Break Invitational, on Friday, December 21 and Saturday, December 22, 2018. The meet, which is open to all high school competing with their high school team. Entries may close early due to large entries in the meet, so please enter early. Read the information and entry sheet carefully. If you have any questions, please email me at lavon@boowilliamssportsplex.com. Just a reminder, once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow.The fee is an entry fee and not a participation fee. A check, money order or a purchase order is needed in order to compete the day of the meet.
Concessions: Food & Drinks Available (NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED) YOU CAN BRING WATER, GATORADE AND FRUIT ONLY!

Due to previous mishaps, no team will be permitted to compete without the copy and your athletic director's contact information.

Awards: Top 3 Finishers will receive awards. Awards must be picked up on the day of the meet!
Facilities:The Boo Williams Sportsplex has a state of the art 6 lane 200 meter Beynon BS 1000 Track Surface with two long jump pits, one pole vault pit, one high jump pit and a wooden throwing circle. Spikes: 1/4 inch pyramid spikes only -no needle or "Christmas tree" spikes allowed.A certified athletics trainer will be on staff for the meet.
DOORS OPEN at: 2:00pm
Tickets for spectators will be on sale at The Boo Williams Sportsplex, $8 single day, $6 Children (under 12), Meet programs will be on sale, for the Invitational Section you may enter up to 2 athletes for the event. However, these are select races and only the top entries will be selected to compete in this event. "Elite" Relay will be the top 6 teams from each of the Girls and Boys 4x400m relay entries. Only teams that have seeded times sanctioned 2017/2018 indoor seasons will be allowed to compete in the High School Section. Boo Williams Winter Break Invitational.
