SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Track Opens at 3:45PM
Coaches Meeting @ 4:15 (At the Gazebo) (Packet Pick-up)
Implement Weigh-in: 4:00-4:15 (Table near Shot Put Area)
Field Events: Start @ 4:30PM
Girls and Boys Long Jump followed by Girls and Boys Triple Jump (Halifax & G.W. Danville will run off)
Girls Shot Put followed by Boys Shot Put (Franklin County & Bassett will run off)
Boys Discus followed by Girls Discus (Patrick County & Tunstall will run off)
Boys High Jump followed by Girls High Jump (Martinsville & Magna Vista will run off)
There will be concession available, in the football stadium.
All Athlete's Can Check in at any time @ the Gazebo to get their hip numbers.

Entries for Meet
Entries need to be done through Milestat.com, under the meet page.
Entry deadline: Sunday, May 5th at Midnight.

Admission: $5 for Adult and School Age Children
Parking for buses will be in the Bus Parking lot.
If buses get there before 3:40, tell the bus driver to go to the end of Perdue Lane and wait til School gets out.

3 Per Event, 1 Relay per event
Spikes: Spikes may be no longer than 1/4" inch. Spikes must be checked before competition begins.
Disqualifications will be made if spikes are longer.
Scratches must be made by 11:00 on the day of the meet. No Substitutions will be allowed.
Scoring: NFHS Track and Field Rules for scoring with 8 teams and scoring positions 1-6 places will be followed:
Individual Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 Relay Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Eligibility is limited to the following teams: Bassett, Franklin County, George Washington, Halifax, Magna Vista, Martinsville, Tunstall, and Patrick County
Timing
FAT Timing will be used for this meet. (Run Roanoke)

Site Supervisor: Athletic Director - Crystal Worley
An Athletic Trainer will be present. You must provide your own tape and ace wraps. Ice will be provided also @ the Gazebo.
Ice Water will be provided at the start/finish in coolers @ the Gazebo.
Restrooms will be located behind the football stadium through the gate down the hill.
All athlete's and coaches are required to wear wrist bands (provided in packet)
Concession will be in the football Stadium.
