Entries: Meet entries will be done using the online entry system on Milestat. We will follow the
same protocol as the region/state meet, all entries will need to be verified through Milestat.
Athletes and relay teams, who are entered at NT, are ineligible for points. Blue Ridge Timing
will serve as an independent, third party to score and post the results. To facilitate a level
playing field, only Blue Ridge Timing will see the entries. All additional entries should be
emailed to Blue Ridge Timing, blueridgetiming@gmail.com.

Entry Deadline: Tuesday February 5th 11:59pm
Event Details: This meet will be a Paper Meet. Each school will enter athletes, as if this meet
was going to be held at an actual facility. Per Valley District Handbook rules, a District
Champion must be named. This paper meet will only serve to declare a district champion and is
separate from the advancing meet that doesnt include Harrisonburg High School.

Timing: Blue Ridge Timing
Entry limits: 1 relay and 3 individuals per event
(There is one exception, if more than 3 of your athletes have met the district standard this season
and it was run at a qualifying meet with the results recorded on Milestat then you may enter as
many athletes as you have had qualify in that event)

Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Individual Participation: In one meet, a contestant may compete in any number of field events,
but shall be limited to participation in only three running events. If one of the running events is
the 3200 meter, an athlete may only run in one other event on the same day the 3200 is
contested.

Awards: Trophy to team champion
