Registration:
Registration opens March 22nd and closes May 6th at midnight. Enter as many as you need since this is the last regular season meet of the season!
Scoring:
1st Place = 5 points
2nd Place= 3 points
3rd place = 1 point
Running events timed by Triad Timing.
Order of Events and Scheduling:
Events start at 5:30, rolling schedule.
*We will honor our Freedom seniors at 5:00pm.
*We will have Unified Track and Field events throughout the meet; Unified 25m walk will be the FIRST event at 5:15pm; Unified 100m will be before the girls 100m, Unified 4x100m relay will be before the girls 4x100m relay, Unified 400m will be before the girls 400m. Unified field events (long jump and shot put) will take place simultaneously with the non-unified events.
- 5:30: Girls Long Jump, Boys Triple Jump
- After first set of jumps: Girls Triple Jump, Boys Long Jump
- 5:30: Girls and Boys High Jump
- 5:30: Girls Discus, Boys Shot Put
- After First Set of Jumps: Girls Shot Put, Boys Discus
- 5:30: Girls then Boys 4x800 relay
- Girls then Boys 100/110m hurdles
- Girls then Boys 100m dash
- Girls then Boys 1600m
- Girls then Boys 4x100 Relay
