Meet is open to Capital District Teams ONLY (Hanover, Atlee, Patrick Henry, Lee-Davis, Highland Springs, Henrico, Varina, Armstrong)

Field Events (5 PM Start)
Long Jump: Girls followed by Boys
High Jump: Girls followed by Boys
Triple Jump: Boys followed by Girls
Shot Put: Girls followed by Boys
Discus: Boys followed by Girls
Pole Vault: Girls and Boys Together (AT ATLEE HIGH SCHOOL)
Running Events (5:30 PM Start- Rolling Time Schedule, Girls followed by Boys unless otherwise indicated)

100/110 Hurdles
100 Meter Dash
1600 Meter Run
4 X 100 Meter Relay
400 Meter Dash
300 Meter Hurdles

No Entry Fee
Entry Limitations
Relays: 2 Relay Teams per Gender
Running Events (400 or Shorter): 5 Athletes per Gender
Running Events (800 or Longer)/Field Events: Unlimited Entries
Meet Registration: Through Milestat.com, closes at 11:59 PM on Monday, April 15, 2019
COACHES: Any help running field events would be greatly appreciated, and it would help the meet finish faster!!!
