Meet Information
Teams: This meet is full. We have Maggie Walker, Hanover, Lee-Davis, Freeman, Glen Allen, and Atlee.
Facilities: Atlee High School's track is an all-weather surface with 8 lanes. Our Shot Put and Discus circles are concrete.
Entry Deadline: All entries must be in using the MileStat online entry system no later than 11:59, May 6th, 2019. No Substitutions or Additions the day of the Meet. Scratches Only.
Concessions: There will be a concession stand open during the meet.
Admission: Admission for spectators will be $6 per Capital District policy.
Entry Limitations: 4 entries per lane event, 4 entries in field events, 8 in distance races, 2 Relays.
Other information: There will be FAT timing for all races. All races will be finals. Order will be slowest to fastest. Times will be e-mailed to all coaches following the meet.
Warm Up Area: Please instruct your athletes to warm up outside the stadium. We will close the track for warm up at 5:00 in order to start on time.
Infield: No athletes will be allowed on the infield unless their event is being run. The area of the finish line/timing area is off limits. Coaches and athletes are asked to stay away from the timing area and keep athletes off the infield.
Bull Pen: Location will be at the start line for all running events. Please advise athletes to check the meet program and get hip numbers for all distance races. Lane race will not need hip numbers.
Coaches: We will need help running the field events.

All Running events will be sectioned on time with the fastest section being run last. In the Field Events there will be 3 attempts with no finals with the best competitors going last.
