This Meet is for the following Northern Neck Teams

Scoring & Timing:
We will be utilizing a F.A.T. timing system. Points for all events will be awarded as 10-8-6-4-2-1 for the top six (6) places. It is essential that you submit your entries prior to the deadline date to ensure accuracy and that all entries are entered into the system in a timely manner. Once again, if you have any questions, feel free to call or email. Changes will NOT be accepted after May 15, 2019 @ 5:00pm.
Top 4 in each event will qualify for the Regional Meet.
Note: Starting time for the meet is 3:00pm
Coaches/Scratch Meeting at 2:15 pm in the Field House.

Entries
Each school may enter up to 3 participants in each event (1 per relay). More than 3 participants may be entered into an event when all of the team's entries into that event meet the district standard (see below). If a team has more than 3 entries and all of the team's entries into that event meet the district standard, enter the top 3 on milestat.com and email the additional qualifying entries for that event to Donald Mitchell (dlmitchell71@hotmail.com) before the entry deadline of May 15, 2019 @ 5:00pm. Include the qualifying time/mark and the meet where the qualifying time/mark was obtained in your email. The standard must have been met in a meet with F.A.T. timing. All marks/times will be verified. The time or distance entered must be a regular season meet/invitational for the current year. (No time trials, best performance time, or practice times/estimates will be allowed).
Entry Deadline:
All district entries will be done on Milestat.com. Deadline is May 15, 2019 @ 5:00pm, with all instructions on how to use Milestat.com to register your athletes on the page.
NOTE:
Please double check your entries before you submit them into the system. It is your responsibility as the coach to make sure every one of your athletes has the opportunity to compete.
Advancement to 1A Region A Meet:
The top 4 athletes per event and the top 4 relays per event automatically qualify for the regional meet. Regional entries are due on milestat.com by 11:59 P.M. Sunday, May 19, 2019.
Teams are to supply your own batons, legal weight shots and discuses. Starting Blocks will be provided.
