Entries: Entries will be through Milestat Entry Services and the VHSL entry form.
Time: Our Meet will follow the 4D Meet hosted by Salem High School Teams allowed in building at 3:00 PM (approximately) Meet begins at 4:00 PM (approximately)
Admission: $7.00
Passes: VHSCA, VHSL Coaches Pass, VIAAA, VATA, VSBA, Principals State Membership card.
Region Qualifiers: Each school is allowed three entries per event. If entering more than three, all entries from that school must have the Region Standard.
State Qualifiers: State 3A - top 3 performers from each event plus those who have met the State 3A State qualifying standards for each event as published by VHSL.
Concessions: Concessions will be available from Roanoke College

Format: Regional Tournament for Track and Field as defined by the Region 3A and VHSL handbooks:
Regional Standards: Have been sent to AD's and Coaches.

Officials: Each School will be assigned events to work along with Certified Officials
