Region Qualifiers:  Each school is allowed three entries per event - No Standards

State Qualifiers: Top 3 performers from the Region Meet will advance for each event.

Heat Sheets

Officials: Starter, Referee and Head Field Judges will be VHSL/NFHS certified. Schools will be assigned a field event to run. Schools will also be asked to help with other duties needed to run the Championship.

1. Entries will be limited to 3 per event per gender


2. Entries will be done thru www.vamilestat.com


3. No race day changes


4. Each School will be assigned Lanes or positions that will remain consistent


5. Field events - 4 attempts no final


7. Traveling schools will assist in the field events


8. Traveling schools will provide own water, ice and tape


9. Host school will provide a trainer


10. Host school will provide a starter, auto timing and all essential support


11. NO SPECTATORS


12. Schools will NOT be allowed in the building.


13. Port-A-Johns will be assigned school specific.


14. Schools will house their teams on their bus or outside


15. Warm-ups will not be allowed inside the fence


16. Once competitors have finished, exit through the gate on the back side


17. Blocks will be provided by host school, be school specific and cleaned after each use


18. Each school will provide their own shot puts


19. Shot Put will be retrieved by the throwing competitor.


20. Schools will provide their own batons


21. Hurdles will be cleaned between each use


22. School issued top and bottom as the outside layer. Hats and gloves may be worn.


23. Face covering must be worn at all time except during competition


24. Spike length no longer than 1/4 inch on any rubber surface


25. Check-in @ the Track Building for any race at any time.


26. Athletes will be escorted through the rolling gate next to check-in, one event at a time. Once completed, athletes will leave the track through the gate on the back stretch
