Meet Information
REGISTRATION CLOSES March 23, 2021, at noon.
Schedule: 8:30 am Buses may arrive
9:30 am SJHS Senior Day
10:00 am Varsity Girls Race-athletes on starting line by 9:55
The top 7 of each team will start on the first gun, remaining Girl runners will start 10 minutes after the first group. (Unless combined numbers drop to 25, then all will run at girls will run at 10:00 am)
11:00 pm Varsity Boys Race-athletes on starting line by 10:55 (ALL BOYS from 3 schools)
Awards will follow as soon as scores are tabulated and confirmed.
12:30 pm Dedication of memorial tree in Honor of Martin Hernandez
Athletes are asked to bring extra water. Water will be provided at the end of the chute for athletes only.
Meet Administration: We will be on the chute-card system. All athletes will be given a finish card in the chute. All athletes will be wearing a BIB NUMBER for Identification. Please instruct athletes to pin on the front of their chest. Coaches will collect all athletes finish chute cards after theyclear the chute and put the athlete's name on the chute card, and place those in a supplied envelope for a quick score. Those will be turned to the scorers table as soon as all of your athletes have finished.
Rules: All National Federation Rules will be in effect including uniform, and athlete conduct. Coaches, please review all rules with your athletes before the meet.
Team information
Coaches are responsible for following and enforcing all COVID protocols as established by the VHSL, BRD, and local and state agencies. Screening of all participants must take place before arriving. No screening will be provided by the Host school or its coaches.
Masks must be worn during any social distancing.
Awards: Top 10 in each division Varsity Girls and Boys.
Team Trophies need to be brought to the meet by CHS & SHS
Dressing Space: Athletes should arrive dressed to participate. There are no dressing facilities.
Porta-Johns are available.

Course Map: The course has been slightly altered due to concerns with safety in the wooded area.
