Entry Deadline: Sunday, April 11 at 6:00pm. Email the paper copy of entries to Coach Bear by Sunday, and also specify Runners 1-5 and Runners 6-7 for wave starts (if needed).

4:00pm - Girls Championship
4:45pm - Boys Championship
5:30pm - Awards
Be aware that school dismisses at 2:50pm. Please encourage spectators to arrive no earlier than 3:15pm.
Parking - Buses and Spectators will be directed to park in the student parking lot closest to the track. Buses will enter on Blumenthal Byway. Spectators will enter on Bruin Lane.
Admission - $7.00 per person
Spectators will be allowed on the course anywhere EXCEPT the Start/Finish field. This area will be barricaded off for Coaches, Athletes, and Officials only.
Restrooms - Located at the stadium between the Middle School and High School buildings.
Awards - 1st and 2nd place team trophies for Girls and Boys competitions. 15 medals for Girls and Boys competitions.
T-Shirts - These will be pre-ordered and mailed to the team as soon as the shirts are available. Shirt design will be sent to the coaches to show to athletes.
State Qualifications - The top 2 teams and top 3 individuals (not counting runners on top 2 advancing teams) will qualify for the State Championships on Saturday, April 24 at Oatlands Plantation in Leesburg.
