- 12:00:Boys Warm-up
- 1:00:Boys 1stWave (6 athletes x 8 schools = 48)
- 1:25:Boys 2ndWave (4 athletes x 8 schools = 32)

MEET FORMAT:
- Wave 1: Runners 1-6 from each team
- Wave 2: Runners 7 - 10 from each team ( to avoid only 2 in 2nd wave)
GENERAL INFORMATION
- SPECTATORS: bBy Tuesday, 4/13, each school's Athletic Department will receive a link for 40 COMP tickets via Ticketspicket. (based on 2 spectators per runner). Each spectator will need to claim their online ticket via Ticketspicket link. All spectators are required to use their cell phone to show their online ticket at the gate before entering the farm. There is no charge for the ticket.
- FACE COVERINGS: All coaches, officials, timers, event staff and spectators are required to wear face coverings at all times. Athletes competing will wear masks at all times except when actively competing, including warm-up/down.
- UNIFORMS:Unless there are extreme inclement weather conditions during the meet, all uniform rules will be in effect.
- CHIPS & NUMBERS:Make sure your athletes wear their numbers on the front of their singlet and are pinned in the small holes on the corners. Timing chips are attached to bib numbers.
- PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF PROPERTY:Panorama Farms is the home of the Murray family. It is a beautiful property that we have the privilege to use. Please encourage your runners and fans to be respectful of the premises so we leave the property cleaner than when we arrived. Please keep your athletes out of the areas that are roped off; especially the homes located around the course.

- WHO ADVANCES FROM REG TO STATE:Top 2 team + Top 3 Individuals Exclusive (not on Top 2 teams)
- STATE ENTRIES:STATE ENTRY FORMS will be on site and should be completed and turned into the Award's table before you leave Panorama Farms. Albemarle will report the 5D REGION results to the State Director. YOU STILL NEED TO ENTER YOUR OWN ATHLETES ON 5A MEET PAGE ON MILESTAT.
