Summer 2021 RunAbout Summer Race Series

Entries:

All individuals must enter through milestat.com

All entries must be submitted 24-hours prior to the start of the meet.

Please be considerate and use accurate seeding marks to improve the overall meet quality.

Entry Fee: $5 fee per individual for each day the athlete chooses to compete; entry fees will be CASH

ONLY and can be paid beforehand at RunAbout Sports Roanoke or at the meet during check-in.

Schedule and Event Seeding: The first event of each meet will start promptly at 6:00pm. The rest of the meet will operate on a rolling schedule. Races will be mixed gender. Race heats will be divided based on time. Athletes will be assigned a heat and number when they check-in.

Race Results will be posted within 24-hours after the conclusion of the meet. Results can be found at snaptiming.com.

Location: Hidden Valley High School

5000 Titan Trail. Roanoke, VA 24018

Facility Layout: The Hidden Valley track has eight lanes around the oval. There are bleacher seats on

the outside of the backstretch of the track.

Spectators will be allowed on the infield as well as around

the track. Parking is available near the entrance of the track.

Athlete Check-in:

Athletes must check in at the gazebo on the left side of the back stretch of the track at least 30

minutes prior to the start of the meet. If they have not done so already, athletes must pay their entry

fee at check-in.

Athletes are permitted to wear spikes, racing flats or trainers during their race(s).
