1. Entry Fee: 175.00 for Girls or boys team only or
300.00 combined boys and girls. No extra charge for JVs , they are
included in the team cost. Checks should be made out to: Boo Williams Sportsplex
Please note: JV includes 6th-9th grade. 9th grades can run JV or varsity but not both.
Payments will be accepted the day of the meet. No "checks in the mail" stories. Do not show up without payment and expect to participate; however in case of an emergency we will accept cash app payments and you will be given a receipt for your bookkeeper to reimburse you.
On Friday Dec. 3rd
running events will start at 3:00pm or anytime thereafter dependent upon the
conclusion of the field events (with the exception of the pole vault) and on Saturday at 11:00am or anytime thereafter. We will use a rolling schedule with girls running first in the event.
No blocks allowed except for the 55 Hurdles final and 55m dash final.
Awards (top 3 in each event) can be picked up at the end of the meet or when
your team is finished for the meet.
Admission: $10 per day; Ages 7 - 12 - $5 per day
.We will be honoring all the VHSL and the VHSCA coaches passes. If you are using a pass it must be presented at the admissions window.
Packet pickup will be done in the multi-purpose room. There will be wrist bands for each athlete entered and up to 5 for coaches in each packet.
All coaches and athletes will enter the facility through the rear track entry which is the door at the end of
the sidewalk. All athletes must display their bib number in order to be
admitted into the facility. For security reasons the wrist bands must be
worn during the entire competition. Only athletes and coaches who display their wristbands
(on the wrist and not in the hand) will be allowed in the track and
You cannot bring any "fast food" in the facility, and all bags will be checked. No spikes on the basketball
floor and common areas. Only 1/4" spikes on the track and spikes will be checked
during check in. Athletes will be allowed to camp out in the gym across from
the track during the entire meet and the track area at the conclusion of the
field events (except the pole vault) both days.
