Schedule: 8:30 - Girl's Middle School Race- 5-30 runners- 6-8th grade- 2 miles
                  9:00 - Boy's Middle School Race- 5-30 runners- 6-8th grade- 2 miles
                  9:30 - Girl's Varsity Race- 5-7 runners- 9-12th grade- 5000 meters
                10:00 - Boy's Varsity Race- 5-7 runners- 9-12th grade- 5000 meters
                10:30 - Girl's and Boy's Developmental Race- unlimited- 9-12th grade- 5000 meters

**Depending on the  number of runners, the Girls and Boys Developmental races

will be run together to save time**
                11:15 - Awards ceremony

**COVID Protocols will dictate how the award ceremony will take place**

                  There will be an admission fee of $5.00 per car as drive in to Peakview
Varsity: Each team consists of 5-7 runners, maximum 10, of VHSL approved Varsity age. Schools unable to

field an entire team may enter individual runners. Team or individual entry form and fee must be entered

online or received by noon, August 31, 2021.
All registration can be done on Milestat

Entry fee for Varsity races: $65 for one boys or girls team only (includes JV/Developmental runners); $120

for combined boys and girls teams (including JV/Dev.); $11 per individual. Please make checks payable to

"Eastern Mennonite School".

JV/Developmental: Unlimited entries, grades 9-12. There is no separate fee for the Developmental race (see

above). Race will be scored, with recognition given to top 10 finishers.




Middle School: Each team consists of a minimum of 5-7 runners, maximum of 30, in grades 6-8. Schools

unable to field an entire team may enter individual runners. Team or individual entry form and fee must be

received by noon, August 31, 2021.

Entry fee for Middle School races: $35 for one boys or girls team only; $70 for combined boys and girls

teams; $8 per individual. Please make checks payable to "Eastern Mennonite School".

Course: Races start at the west end of the Peak View track and finish nearby. The course is mostly grass;

spikes are recommended in wet weather. Maps included in coaches race-day packets.


Awards: Varsity: Trophies to 1st* 3rd place teams & individual champions; medals to 2nd - 15th place.
JV/Dev.: Medals to 1st* 10th place finishers.
Middle School: Trophies to 1st & 2nd place teams; medals to 1st - 10th place finishers.


Athletic Trainers: Our Athletic Trainer will be onsite working out of a tent located near the finish line; ice available. EMT's are on call throughout the morning.$5 fee for spectator parking, paid as you drive into Peakview

T-shirts will be on sale; get yours while supplies last!
Water will be available before & after the races.

There will be a concessions stand only offering drinks and pre-packaged food
