Girls Start 4:30 pm
Boys Start 5:10 pm
Set up any tents in shade by the trees on the field hockey field.
If the heat index is high will move the meet time to a later start time. (Will make a decision 1 day prior)
Pick up bib numbers at the entrance of the track. Will be on a table for teams by 3:00 pm.
95% on fine crush gravel and track, small portions on wood bridges, and 1 portion (less than 100m on cement)
Spikes are fine!
