Girls 5K Race @ 6:00 PM
Boys 5K Race @ 6:40 PM
Course opens at 4:45 PM
Runners should be at the Start Line no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of their race.
Coaches Meeting at 5:30 PM
No Uniform Rule
Please enter runners that are running in the race. Anyone not registered is not to run as part of the race. Runners there to run a workout must be done with their workout and off the course by 5:45 PM.
Please submit your times as either a Google or Excel Spreadsheet by 7 PM the following day to maynardbl@staffordschools.net and I will then post them to MileStat.
